Our Team

Larry Neff has over forty years of experience in the electrical industry. Larry has built his career from the ground up. Beginning in the warehouse and advancing through the roles of Apprentice, Journeyman, General Foreman, Superintendent, and Project Manager. Larry is currently our Project Manager with Diamond Electric.

Throughout his career, Larry has been fortunate to contribute to several major projects, including the Sacramento International Airport Terminal A, the TRACON FAA Facility, the Sacramento Railyards/Amtrak Expansion, and the Folsom Auxiliary Dam, along with multiple school projects. His experience reflects a lifelong commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and effective leadership in all phases of electrical construction.

On a personal level, Larry has been married to his wife, Natalie, for 30 years. They have a son, age 26, and a daughter, age 24. They reside in Rescue, California, on 12 acres where he enjoys farming and snowboarding in his free time.
