Prices may change if scope of work changes.
Payment terms will be specified in service agreements or invoices.
Late payments may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
Customer agrees to pay all collection costs, including attorney’s fees.
3. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for late cancellations or missed appointments.
4. WARRANTIES
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Labor may carry a limited warranty.
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment.
Warranty is void if work is altered by others.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Diamond Electric Group, Inc. shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business interruption
Property damage beyond direct scope of services
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services giving rise to the claim.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Diamond Electric Group, Inc., its officers, employees, and contractors from claims arising out of:
Misuse of services
Violation of these Terms
Customer negligence
Third-party claims related to site conditions
7. SITE USE
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access
Transmit malicious code

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
