At Diamond Electric, our values run deeper than a mission statement. They guide how we treat our team, our customers, and our community every day.
We believe in taking care of the people around us: family, friends, and business relationships alike. Early in his career, our founder attended a seminar where he heard Zig Ziglar say, "If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want." That idea has shaped how we operate ever since. When we help our coworkers and customers get what they need, success follows naturally.
We want everyone who works at Diamond to thrive, both professionally and personally. We're proud to be a Christian company, and we're committed to supporting Christian ministries whenever the need arises. We live by Matthew 6:33: "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you."
Culture
A team needs a leader with direction, but more than that, it needs a leader who genuinely cares. People don't follow someone into difficult work unless they trust them and believe that person has their best interests at heart.
